Through one-on-one sessions, we will explore the inner landscape and see what needs attention.

What to Expect in a Session​

  • Safe Space for Exploration: Begin in a judgment-free environment where you can openly express and explore your thoughts, emotions, and all aspects of who you are.

  • Deep Listening & Presence: Experience attentive, compassionate listening that helps you feel fully seen and heard, creating space for understanding and connection.

  • Identify Inner Parts: Explore and understand your unique inner parts, uncovering the reasoning behind their behaviors.

  • Build Compassion: Connect with your compassionate Self, recognizing that all of you is loved and valued.

  • Deepening the Relational Space: Strengthen the connection within your Self and with your parts, allowing healing and transformation to occur.

  • Work through Polarizations: Hold space for listening and slowly bridge the gap between fighting parts as they find out they are really here for the same thing. 

  • Unburden Exiles and Protectors: Meet wounded parts, listen, build trust, and provide what they never received. As they begin to truly feel Self's love, shifts will occur and core beliefs will be released.
