 My Training

About My Training

My work is grounded in more than six years of immersive study, practice, and personal work with Internal Family Systems (IFS).

IFS is the primary lens through which I work with the inner world. My training has included three nine-month intensive IFS cohorts with a Level 3 IFS practitioner, IFS consultation training, and specialized study in nervous system work and ancestral wounds.

My primary mentor and teacher was Dr. Guthrie Sayen, who trained extensively with Dr. Richard Schwartz, the founder of IFS. I also studied with Dr. Jay Earley, deepening my understanding and practice of working with exiles and the IFS model.
